This normally takes between 2 - 10 seconds.

You will recieve a refund only of monies not used in the process of supplying you with SMS message credits. Minus a administration fee of £2.50
If you have less than £2.50 remaining in your account, you will not receive a refund. This is minus any promotional credits curently on your account.
Promotional credits are used only after all purchased credits have been exausted.
If you cancel my account will I get a refund.
No. If you have broken the Terms and Conditions then we are under no obligation to offer you a refund.

Do I need a WAP or web based phone
No. all you need is a phone that can receive SMS Text messages.
